- Jeff Chubb Added 2017-12-11★ ★ ★ ★ ★For a traditional family style Cabane à Sucre experience, this is the place to go. All you can eat Oreilles de Crisse, pancakes, sausage and more. Food is fantastic. And there's tubing with plenty of room and a lift for getting up the hill. We'll be back again next year.
